The Jolly Hotel Marina, opened in October 2000, is centrally located, nearby the Porto Antico, one of the world’s biggest historical harbours. The Hotel has been built by the Ponte Calvi Pier : all rooms overlook the harbour, featuring a lovely view on the sea and the hills surrounding the town. The Aquarium, as well as the Congress Centre called « Magazzini del Cotone », are a few steps away; the Porta Principe railway station is at 1 Km’s (the Brignole station is at 3 Kms’) ; the Genoa Exhibition Ground is at 2 Km’s, while the Airport C. Colombo is 7 Kms away. ACCOMMODATION : All the 140 rooms (all doubles except 7 singles reserved for disabled guests), amongst which feature 7 suites, are decorated with an eye to both style and comfort. The interiors are spacious and fitted with modern, wooden furnishings, pear-coloured, bright and suffused and equipped with all possible comforts, such as air conditioning, pay TV, satellite TV, direct telephone, mini-bar, trouser press and safe. A rich buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. BAR / LOUNGE : The bar, located in the middle of the restaurant, offers a terrace service during the summer. Opening times: 07 am – 01 am RESTAURANT : “Il Gozzo” restaurant – holding up to 120 seats – features a splendid sea view. Open for Breakfast, Lunch (12:30 – 02:30 pm) and Dinner (07:30 – 10:00 pm), it offers typical regional dishes (fish specialities) as well as the best of the Italian cuisine. MEETING ROOMS : The Jolly Hotel Marina enjoys modern, convention facilities – two modular convention rooms and five smaller rooms – which are equipped in such a way as to accommodate up to 180 guests at conferences, conventions, meetings, seminars and fashion shows.
